Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, email us at support@puphub.in with your order number.
After 24 Hours
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery (see our Return & Refund Policy).
Refund on Cancellation
- If cancelled within 24 hours, a full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
- COD orders do not require refund processing for cancellations
How to Cancel
- Email support@puphub.in with your order number
- Include "Order Cancellation" in the subject line
- We'll confirm your cancellation within 12 hours
Important Note for Razorpay Payments
All online payments are processed via Razorpay. Refunds for cancelled orders are handled through Razorpay's refund system and will reflect in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
