Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. We believe in hassle-free returns because your satisfaction matters.
Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required
- Product must not be damaged due to misuse
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at support@puphub.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Razorpay/UPI payments — refunded to original account
- Card payments — refunded to original card
- COD orders — refunded via bank transfer
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost (subject to availability).
